Since founding JHG in 1991, he has guided the firm into a nationally trusted personnel practice grounded in clarity, fairness and disciplined governance.

Known for a calm, confident approach to complex employment matters, he combines real world experience, strategic foresight and rigorous legal compliance to support clients through labour and compliance challenges with assurance.
